☼ SUNRISE YOGA WITH JESS $22 Yoga for the body and soul. All levels welcome. Jess takes you through a perfectly balanced sequence mixed with Vinyasa flow, stretches, strengthening and balancing. We will embark on a journey through the body tuning inward to notice every nuance to release tension, stagnant energy and burdens of the mind. As you focus fully on the present moment of movement you will learn the tools to continue to nurture yourself every step of the way. With intention setting and affirmations, paired with relevant cosmic happenings and moon placements, your mind, body and spirit will be dazzled and engaged. Michael Bezdicek - Reiki Energy Healing Sessions
Michael combines his Reiki training, natural gifts, and other areas of spiritual study to provide a holistic, energetic healing experience for you and your pets. Sessions can either be hands-off or include light touch. And as an Intuitive Medium, Michael will also relay any intuitive healing guidance he receives. Michael will be in the store every Wednesday through Sunday in the month of July.
