WEDNESDAY'S - SUNDAY'S MICHAEL BEZDICEK - REIKI ENERGY HEALING SESSIONS

Michael combines his Reiki training, natural gifts, and other areas of spiritual study to provide a holistic, energetic healing experience for you and your pets. Sessions can either be hands-off or include light touch. And as an Intuitive Medium, Michael will also relay any intuitive healing guidance he receives. Michael will be in the store every Wednesday through Sunday in the month of July.

The sessions involves lying down for about an hour. Wearing an eye mask. There will music playing . The session ends with a small grounding meditation integration and reflection.

THE SESSION 

• ❗It is important to follow some guidelines before the experience: 

Bring a bottle of water. An eye-mask is strongly recommended. Your clothes should be comfortable, allowing movement. It is ideal to bring a change of clothes in case you sweat a lot or a coat/blanket if you are very cold. If you suffer from any health problems, please communicate that in the intake form. The facilitator may need to touch your body in some places to move the energy along, your consent is needed for this part. 

It is recommended not to eat any food at least 2 hours before starting. If it's impossible for you, try eating a light food like a piece of fruit or juice.
